Update User Information after Restoring AX Database to a new environment

After restoring the Dynamics AX Database from one environment to another environment, where the domain name is different, you will not be able to log on to AX unless you have updated the SID and user information through SQL Query. Run the below mentioned query on the restored database.
update userinfo
set
networkdomain = ‘NEW-DOMAIN-NAME’,
networkalias = ‘USERNAME’,
SID = ‘S-1-8-29-4589654-54125789-14458554-898’  where ID = ‘Admin’
